Update 9/18/21: orders are now closed
We will no longer be carrying stock of t-shirt in future years. We will still plan for rising 5th graders to design next year’s shirts and to continue making the tye-dye Glade Hill t-shirts available, but as order only.
We have discounted what remains in the inventory for t-shirts for the current school year. They can be purchased at https://glade-hill-pto.square.site/.
Krispy Kreme orders will be available to pick up by student/parents only for distribution at the following times/locations:
- Monday, April 12th, 2021 at lunch pick up between 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Monday, April 12th, 2021 after school from 3:15 – 5:15 PM
- Tuesday, April 13th, 2021 from 6:00 – 7:00 PM at the pavilion next to the school during the PTO meeting
*If you are not able to pick up at these times, please contact us for other arrangements. Students are not allowed to be given donuts on the bus or as a car-rider.
If you made an online order and are not the parent/guardian, please contact the student you purchased them from.

08/06/20 UPDATE: After consulting with Glade Hill Elementary School and their reduced school supply lists, the PTO has decided to purchase the needed supplies for the school year with the exception of personalized items like pencil boxes and folders. We hope this will provide some financial relief for families who are concerned about purchasing supplies.
This is a notice to those who have discovered a school supply list on Walmart’s website for Glade Hill Elementary School. We understand your desire to get what your student’s need as soon as possible, but please know the lists are not accurate.
The Board of Education made their decision on the format students would follow for returning to school just this past Monday so there was no way of gathering the information until then. Teachers are confirming plans after the Board’s meeting tomorrow and should be able to provide their list of needs later this week. We hope to have the lists posted here as well as on our Facebook page no later than Friday. The goal is to reduce the supply list from previous years in order to save parental costs and only list the very basics that 3-5 will need for home use.

We have submitted our order to get the color run t-shirts printed. There will not be a second run for printing. We can only accept registrations without the participants receiving the color run t-shirt. Registration still allows them to compete for the prizes outlined on the flyer sent home.
Please submit your payment for the number of participants you wish to register through our store, making sure to make note of your confirmation number, then complete the following form needed for registration for the event. The PTO will send a receipt through square for payment after it is received, We will contact you at the email or number you provided if we have any questions.
